McCain Valley Rd

This hidden jewel is one of the original McCain ranches. One of the few beautiful ranches left in San Diego. Stunning bottom land for grazing. The area is in McCain Valley, “Tierra Blanca,” because the rocks are snow white. Contrast the white rock hills and the amazing green pastures for the perfect picture. Water is no problem here. There are several springs that feed the sealed underground vaults on the property. Several water spigots strategically placed on the ranch offer sweet, clear water for two and four-legged creatures. There’s a historic, engineered windmill that brings that sweet spring water to the surface. The graded access road is easy due to the windmill activity in the area. Just off the road is a new welded gate granting access to this secluded wonderland. The heart of the ranch is protected by the white rock hills surrounding the property, and several ancient oaks grace the land.
